Welcome to Apius Pharmacy. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Trading name: Apius Pharmacy

Apius Pharmacy provides online and physical pharmacy services including prescription fulfillment, over-the-counter medicines, and health products.

2. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

    - Provide accurate and current information
    - Only use prescriptions issued by licensed healthcare providers
    - Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services or systems

3. Orders & Payment

    - Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
    - Prescription medicines will only be dispensed upon validation by our pharmacists
    - We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders where legal requirements are not met
    - Ordering is available 24/7 through our website
    - Customer service is available between 8h00 and 20h00

4. Delivery

    - Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours
    - Delivery charges apply and vary by location
    - Apius Pharmacy is not responsible for delays due to external courier services
    - Delivery times: 8h00–18h00 (Monday to Friday); 8h00–14h00 (Saturday); No deliveries on Sundays (except in case of emergencies)
    - There is an option for collection on site by APPOINTMENT ONLY

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

    - Returns: As we deal with medication and pharmaceutical products, returns will only be accepted if the wrong item was delivered. Apius Pharmacy will take due care to ensure the right items in the official order are packed and delivered in the appropriate conditions including packaging and temperature.
    - Refunds: Eligible refunds will only be made directly into the same card account used for the transaction or to a verified bank account in case of EFT payment. In case of cash payments, refunds will be made by cash or by EFT to a verified bank account.
    - Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted if the items have not been purchased from the supplier(s). All orders received will be confirmed with the customer prior to purchasing from the supplier(s).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and designs are the property of Apius Pharmacy or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accurate and safe service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be illegal, void or unenforceable due to applicable law or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be deemed to be deleted and the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions will not be prejudiced.

10. Country of Domicile

All Apius Pharmacy business activities will be conducted within the borders of South Africa.

11. Export Restrictions

Apius Pharmacy business activities are restricted within the borders of South Africa.
